After a childhood often spent sick without any reason, and an early adult life full of stress and serious illness with no other reason but the stress to blame, I started to focus my already healthy diet and lifestyle to one that was more mind-body based. I decided to listen deeply to what my body was telling me and not necessarily what "worked" for everyone else or what the latest book said was the best. Holistic health care takes a look at the entire picture, the way you were raised, your lifestyle, your relationships, your work, your self-care and yes, your diet and exercise. As a health coach I help find the most optimal way to live - food, lifestyle, body and mind, so that you can live every day in amazing abundance and ROCK IT OUT! 

I specialize in Anti-Inflammatory Diets, and believe firmly in the power of laughter and humor to improve body and mind. I can also work with you on reaching a target weight, increasing energy levels, improving personal relationships, and feeling more comfortable in your own body.

The following concepts, learned at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, are the foundation of my services:

Bio-individuality™: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!

Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Integrative Nutrition™ Plate: The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

The centerpiece of what I do is my six-month program, designed to help you make permanent changes to your habits in a way that is fun and free of denial and discipline. I also offer a three-month program. Scroll down for details on each program.

1. Life-Altering 6-Month Program

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Your days of going on "the diet of the month" are over.

Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your outlook on life improves. Imagine what your life will be like when you're no longer confused about what to eat and instead have a comfortable relationship with food, a natural desire to eat healthy foods that truly nourish you, and an aversion to the kinds of foods that harm your physical and emotional health.

Your program includes...

  •     Two, one-hour sessions per month, either in person or over the phone
  •     E-mail support between sessions
  •     Books, handouts, and other materials
  •     Food samples and self-care products

During our free initial consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals.

In addition to individual counseling, I offer group programs. If you and a few friends would like to sign up together, you'll benefit from each other's support--and receive a significant discount.

Cost for Life-Altering 6-Month Program: $250 per month. Extended payment plans available at no extra charge: You can spread the payments out over 1 year ($125 per month) or 2 years ($62.50 a month) if this is more convenient for you.


2. 3-Month Program

An abbreviated version of my 6-month program. The 3-month program will get you started on reaching your goals and is great for those who are looking for a shorter commitment.

Cost for 3-Month Program: $295 per month. Extended payment plans available at no extra charge: You can spread the payments out over 6 months ($147.50 per month) or 1 year ($73.75 a month) if this is more convenient for you.
